Plaud Embedded has a PAYG model that scales along connected devices and transcription hours.
Device connections are measured as the maximum number of connected devices in a given month.
If you had 25 connected devices at the beginning of the month and 20, your connected device count for
the month would be 25.
Free Usage
As a new Plaud Embedded developer, you have:
- 50 free device connections
- 300 hours of free transcription (after first device connection)
The 50 free device connections should cover all testing and even small rollouts to your end-users. We’ve had
many customers roll out pilots to their users on the free tier! See examples in our customer stories.
Once you’ve connected a device via the Embedded SDK, your 300 transcription hours will be
unlocked for your testing and pilots.
PAYG Pricing
After your free usage, billing will be charge through a PAYG model:
Charges occur at the end of the month. Any payment failures will have a 7 day grace period before services are denied for your Embedded app.
Enterprise Plans
The PAYG model does not have device or transcription usage limits.
